Associated and Affiliated members
Historically, EWA (European Welding Association) has brought together European manufacturers of welding consumables, electric arc and flame welding equipment, and equipment designed to improve welder safety—these are the associate members
Since the general assembly in June 2026, the association has been open to European manufacturers of the following products and services—these will be the affiliate members
- Laser equipment manufacturers
- Resistance and spot-welding equipment manufacturers
- Robot manufacturers and integrators
- Gas producers for welding and cutting
- Spraying equipment manufacturers
- Inspection companies that verify the quality of welds
- Welding schools
- Representatives of associations of users who incorporate welding into their manufacturing processes
- Other companies or associations with a close connection to the welding industry, subject to approval by the management team
Affiliated members have a production facility in Europe for the aforementioned products or services.
